The process starts with booking a free site visit. You can book through the “Book a Free Visit” form, WhatsApp, or a phone call.
Next, our representative visits your space with the catalogues. We take measurements, discuss design ideas, and note your preferences. Together we review materials in your actual setting so you can see how they look in your light. After this, we prepare and share a quotation with the best possible price.
You can accept the quotation by making payment with a credit card, a secure payment link, or Tabby for interest free instalments. Plans of up to 12 months may be available, subject to Tabby’s terms and conditions. For direct bank transfer or cash, a 60% advance is required to confirm and start the order. Once the quotation is confirmed and payment is made through any of the above methods, you will receive an invoice that includes all project details and a tracking link. The tracking page shows your project timeline and status updates. Small projects such as curtains and blinds, including making and installation, usually take 1 to 3 days. Larger or multi scope projects depend on workload and design complexity, and commonly require around 12 working days or more.
