1. Definitions

  • Company: Instylea, a UAE-registered interior project management & multi-vendor interior services company based in Dubai, Meydan Grandstand.
  • Client: Any individual or entity using our services.
  • Services: Interior and exterior project management & execution using imported first-hand materials at factory prices through trusted vendors & suppliers.
  • Partners: Major companies and brands working with Instylea, and vice versa, for mutual business benefits, including first-hand suppliers and manufacturers who provide top-quality materials with warranties and competitive pricing for our customers.
  • Vendors: Third-party suppliers and contractors providing goods and services through Instylea.

2. Scope of Services

  • Instylea provides door-to-door service, offering project management & execution solutions that save clients time, protect them from price negotiations, and ensure high-quality finishes and materials with the expert team.
  • All materials used are first-hand, imported, and offered at factory prices, ensuring competitive pricing compared to the market.
  • Services are provided based on client specifications and agreed-upon terms.
  • Once an order has been booked, it can be tracked using your invoice ID for live updates on project status.

3. Quotations and Invoices

  • Project quotations are provided before work begins and must be agreed upon by both parties.
  • Quotations are generally valid for one week due to material price fluctuations, sales ending on certain catalogs, and availability.
  • Quotations can be held by making an advance payment, allowing Instylea to book materials at a locked price. The quotation duration may vary depending on the project type, material selection, and services chosen.
  • Project quoted prices depend on material, fabric selection, type of material, quality, and the sizes.
  • Order confirmation requires a partial payment of 60% in advance for direct bank transfer and cash payments in general, however, this may be adjusted based on agreed terms with the client and project size/type.
  • Payment methods include cheque payment, cash payments, bank transfers, online payments including direct payment links, payments with credit cards, split payment with Tabby and other accepted means.
  • Failure to make timely payments may disturb the workflow hierarchy and operational scheduling, which could result in project delays or a temporary order hold until payment clearance.
  • Customers are required to obtain and retain the official payment invoice/receipt at the time of payment, as it will be mandatory for any future claims, warranty requests, or service support.

4. Payment Methods and Terms

  • Direct Bank Transfer or Cash: A 60% advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the remaining 40% due upon delivery at the site and before installation. Cash payments should be handed directly to your project coordinator. The client must ensure to receive and retain a cash payment receipt at the time of payment, and later obtain the official and digital paid invoice for record and future reference.
  • Cheque Payments: Cheque payments must be issued in favor of Instylea LLC FZ and submitted to the project coordinator. Work will proceed only after cheque clearance. The client must retain a copy of the cheque and will receive an official paid invoice once the payment is cleared.
  • Credit Card Payments: To pay by credit card, provide your invoice or quotation number to your project coordinator and request a direct payment link by message or email. Payment can be completed securely using the provided link.
  • Tabby Payment Plans: For Tabby split payments, the upfront amount will be equal to the first installment (for example, 25% of the invoice total for a 4-payment plan). The remaining payments will follow Tabby’s agreed schedule. Please contact your project coordinator with your invoice or quotation number to receive the payment link and further instructions.
  • General: All payments must be made according to the terms agreed at order confirmation. Failure to follow the payment schedule may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of your order.
  • Discounts: Payment methods such as payment links, credit card payments, or Tabby installments will not be available for discounted or special quotations or invoices.
  • Tax and charges: All customers are required to clear applicable tax invoices and pay 5% VAT in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any government-imposed taxes, VAT adjustments, or statutory charges applicable at the time of invoicing shall be payable by the customer accordingly.
  • Banking Details: All bank transfers must be made strictly to the official banking details provided by Instylea. The client must verify that the banking details match those listed on the Instylea official banking details page before making any payment. Instylea will not be responsible for any errors, incorrect transfers, or payments made to unauthorized or incorrect accounts.
  • Payment Policy During Installation: The remaining balance payment must be cleared on the installation day once installation work starts at the site. Clients are not permitted to hold, delay, or suspend payment due to pending minor adjustments, finishing work, touch-ups, snag items, or execution delays.

    Any remaining approved work, complaint handling, adjustments, or finishing items after installation shall remain the responsibility of the execution and management team to complete according to the approved design, scope, and quality standards.

    Instylea remains committed to resolving genuine execution-related concerns professionally within the agreed workflow process. However, any complaint, adjustment, or pending finishing work does not allow the client to cancel the order, reverse completed work, or hold the agreed payment.

5. Project, Timelines and Completion

  • Project timelines are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients will be informed of any delays and necessary adjustments to the schedule.
  • The minimum project completion time for smaller projects is 1 to 3 working days. Larger projects may require additional time based on project scope and material availability.
  • Instylea reserves the right to modify the scope of work if required, with client approval.
  • Project timelines are estimated based on approved designs and standard workflow conditions. Delivery or installation schedules may change due to: Design revisions, Site condition changes, Material availability, Technical modifications, Delayed approvals, Building management restrictions or Client-requested adjustments.

  • Any work requested outside the approved quotation, invoice, BOQ, drawings, or confirmed scope shall be treated as additional work and may carry separate charges and timeline revisions.
  • All projects are executed according to a planned workflow at the time of order confirmation that includes: Material ordering, Factory scheduling, Production slots, Labour allocation, Site execution coordination and Delivery planning.

    Repeated revisions or delays from the client side may affect the execution sequence and installation schedule and may result in project completion delays.

  • Any changes requested after production, fabrication, polishing, painting, or installation stages have started may result in: Additional charges, Production delays, Labour rescheduling, Material wastage costs, Revised delivery timelines and such changes are subject to management review and approval.
  • Lighting, Paint, Texture & Finish Variations: LED lighting shades, paint finishes, textures, veneers, laminates, marble patterns, wood grains, fabrics, and surface materials may slightly vary from samples, renders, catalogs, or digital previews due to production processes, lighting conditions, supplier batches, and screen differences.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project details and access to the site when required.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for work to be completed.
  • Ensure site readiness, including the removal of obstacles that may hinder work.
  • Clients are not permitted to directly modify, instruct, or alter the approved scope of work with on-site workers, installers, technicians, carpenters, electricians, painters, or execution staff without written approval from the assigned project manager or management team.

  • Any direct site-level changes without management approval may: Disturb workflow hierarchy, Affect technical execution, Cause quality issues, Create material conflicts and Result in delays or additional costs. Instylea shall not be held responsible for issues arising from unauthorized direct instructions provided to execution staff.

  • Only approvals and instructions confirmed through official company communication channels, including Official Customer Support WhatsApp (+971 552172343), email (hello@instylea.com), signed documents, or management confirmations shall be considered valid for production and execution purposes.

  • The client must provide reasonable site access, electrical availability, approvals, and coordination during installation. Delays caused by site unavailability, civil work issues, or third-party contractors may affect project timelines.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made before work commencement may be eligible for a refund, subject to the deduction of 5% processing fees.
  • Once work has started, refunds may not be available, except in cases of service or quality failure by Instylea if the team fails to deliver as agreed.
  • Custom orders and made-to-order materials are non-refundable.

8. Liability and Warranty

  • Instylea is not liable for damages arising from third-party handling errors, damages, or refitting defects.
  • A warranty will apply to certain services and materials, subject to the agreed terms.
  • Clients must inspect work upon completion and report any issues within the specified warranty period.
  • Repairs, warranty claims, and any changes to the order will only be processed after the invoice is fully paid. If payments are pending, Instylea reserves the right to delay or withhold these services until full settlement.

9. Media and Marketing

  • Instylea retains full ownership rights over all original designs, concepts, production work, renderings, fabrication methods, installation processes, and project-related creative materials developed or executed by the company. Instylea may use project-related before and after photos, site progress videos, installation visuals, production records, and completed work media for portfolio presentation, social media platforms, website galleries, informational blogs, promotional references, and in Instylea projects for Live Project Tracking System for transparency and documentation purposes.

  • These images/videos may be used on our website and social media to showcase completed projects.
  • We do not record personal images and only capture project-related images for the project tracking link and quality inspection records.
  • Personal images or videos for review purposes will be recorded and uploaded only after obtaining the client’s consent.
  • Instylea respects customer privacy and confirms that no personal photographs, family images, or private identifiable content shall be intentionally published without proper consent. In case any personal content is found published unintentionally, the customer may immediately report the concern by emailing hello@instylea.com with the complete project reference number and direct content link for prompt review and necessary action.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Client information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be settled by the UAE Law.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Instylea reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Any terms, conditions, specifications, timelines, pricing, or instructions specifically mentioned in the notes section of the Quotation, Invoices or Purchase Order shall take precedence over and override the standard/default terms and conditions wherever applicable or conflicting.
