You can track your interior design project in real time in Instylea’s Projects section on the website. You can open it from the main menu or the footer links. You can also go directly to: https://instylea.com/projects/.
On the Projects page, find your order using your invoice number. Open the project that matches your invoice number to see all the details for your job.
The main Projects page shows every project with clear labels such as “In Process,” “Completed,” and “On Hold,” each with its own colour. You will also see the project area, the project tracking number or invoice number, and a project photo.
When you open any project, you will see a details page. This page includes the project status, current delivery status, a project timeline with dates from start to handover, the services included in the project, and all project items. Photos are added when available, usually after completion.
With Instylea project tracking, you can easily follow your interior order and also explore ongoing and completed projects.
If you encounter any issues with your furniture or decor after installation, we’re here to help! We provide free replacements and services for any material quality concerns or complaints related to the agreed work. However, misuse or third-party handling may incur additional costs for material and labor replacements. Additionally, we are always available to assist with warranty support when applicable. Your satisfaction is our priority!
