Located at Meydan Grandstand, the hub is central to Instylea’s UAE operations. It functions as both a warehouse for sample materials and a coordination base for mobile teams serving communities across Dubai. By upgrading its library, Instylea aims to address one of the most time-consuming steps in the interior process: choosing fabrics and finishes.

The new collection includes blackout and sheer curtain fabrics, sofa upholstery in a variety of textures, and finish boards for veneers, laminates, and wall cladding. Advisors can now carry curated sample packs tailored to apartment projects in Marina and JLT, where space is limited, and to larger villa projects in Meydan, Nad Al Sheba, and Furjan, where broader ranges are required.

Clients benefit from quicker decisions and fewer follow-up visits. Instead of needing to review multiple catalogues over several days, homeowners can now shortlist materials in one session.
